A referral counts once the person you invited sends their first proposal, whether they found you through your invite link or the footer of a proposal you sent. The people you invite get their first 30 days without the footer too.

Good to know
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. No card, no trial clock and no proposal limit. Everything that helps you close is in it. Pro only changes how your proposals look and where they live.
Is Pro per seat?
No. $29 a month covers the whole account, however many teammates you add. Sales tax is added where it applies.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Plan page in the app. There is no contract and nobody to call.
What happens if Pro lapses?
Nothing is deleted. Your brand settings stay saved, your proposals go back to the free look with the footer, and every link keeps working. Turn Pro back on and it all returns at once.
Is there a fee on deposits?
0.5% platform fee on deposits and payments, on Free and Pro alike. Pro does not change it.
How does the free month through referrals work?
Refer 3 people who send their first proposal within 30 days and Pro is free for 30 days. It repeats every time you do it again. It counts whether they joined through your invite link or the footer of a proposal you sent. You get everything in Pro while it runs, and when it ends the free look returns unless you subscribe.
Do my clients need an account to sign?
No, on either plan. They open the link, pick their options and sign with a code sent to their email.
